Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Only unopened supplement products are eligible for a full refund. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Unopened products: Full refund of the product cost.

Opened products: Up to 15% refund as part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Shipping costs: Non-refundable.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not fully happy with your experience, we want to help.
Within 30 days of delivery:

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund.

Opened products may qualify for a 15% partial refund.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to orders placed directly through wearenume.com.
Subscription Orders
If you are subscribed to recurring deliveries, you may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged and shipped a new batch.

Orders will not be sent if the subscription is cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email info@wearenume.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
