Nume is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly between you and Nume. Shopify is not responsible for any sale, product, injury, damage, or loss arising from your transactions with Nume. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to such transactions.

Certain personal information may be processed by Shopify under the Shopify Privacy Policy. SECTION 14 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWAL
Some products may be offered as subscriptions with recurring billing. By starting a subscription, you authorize Nume to automatically charge your selected payment method at the stated interval until you cancel. Prices and intervals will be disclosed at checkout and in your account.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard, via our contact form at https://wearenume.com/pages/contact, or by emailing support@wearenume.com. To avoid the next charge and shipment, cancel before the next billing date. Orders will not be sent if the subscription is cancelled prior to the next billing date.
We may change subscription pricing or terms. We will notify you of any material change as required by law. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
SECTION 15 - HEALTH INFORMATION AND FDA DISCLAIMER
Products sold by Nume are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Content provided by the Services is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link and opt out of SMS by following the instructions in the message. You and Nume consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts in Seminole County, Florida, and the federal courts located in the Middle District of Florida for all disputes that are not subject to other dispute resolution requirements under applicable law.
