Shipping policy
At Nume, we take pride in delivering your products quickly and safely. This policy explains how we handle shipping, processing times, delivery methods, and what to expect once your order has been placed.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, typically within 24 hours of purchase.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Fulfillment Locations
We operate multiple warehouses across the United States, as it’s not feasible to store all our products in one location.
Our main warehouses are located in West Jordan, Utah and Denver, Colorado.
As a result, your order may occasionally arrive in multiple packages if items ship from different facilities.
This is purely a logistics decision to ensure faster delivery and maintained product quality – it won’t affect your shipping cost.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times (U.S. only)
We currently ship only within the United States to ensure fast delivery and consistent quality.
We do not deliver to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as shipping speed may vary depending on carrier performance, weather, or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking by default.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us at info@wearenume.com.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately from different warehouses.
This allows us to reduce transit times and ensure product freshness.
Split shipments do not increase your shipping cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We work closely with USPS to ensure your package arrives safely.
If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us so we can investigate directly with the carrier.
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier (with delivery proof or GPS scan), Nume is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement that occurs afterward.
We cannot replace or refund orders that are shown as delivered to the correct address.
To avoid theft or porch piracy, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location or using USPS’s “Hold for Pickup” option.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@wearenume.com within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll investigate and make it right as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or U.S. territories at this time.
